Your data, explained simply.
Loopi Social is operated by Loopi Media Ltd. This notice explains how we use personal data when you visit Loopi Social, create an account, manage client workspaces, connect social accounts, or use our content approval and publishing tools.
Effective 11 August 2026 · Contact: privacy@loopi-social.com
What we collect
Depending on how you use Loopi, we may collect your name, email address, organisation and client details, account and subscription information, social account connection data and tokens, content you upload or create, approval comments, publishing records, support messages, device/browser information and basic service usage data.
Why we use it
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, create and administer accounts and workspaces, connect authorised social media accounts, publish and schedule content at your instruction, provide client approval workflows, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain records and improve Loopi.
Our lawful bases will normally be performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure business service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically required.
Client and social-platform data
When a customer adds client information or connects a social account, Loopi processes that information only to provide the requested service. Social-platform access tokens are used to perform authorised actions such as retrieving account information or publishing approved content. We do not ask customers for social-platform passwords.
Who we share information with
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, payment processing, monitoring and customer support. We also share data with connected social platforms when you instruct Loopi to perform an action through their APIs. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
International processing
Some suppliers or connected platforms may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers and choose providers that offer appropriate contractual and security protections.
How long we keep information
We keep account and service data for as long as needed to provide Loopi and meet contractual, security, accounting and legal requirements. Content and media are normally retained while the relevant workspace remains active, subject to deletion tools and any backup retention period. We review retention periods as the service develops.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and in some cases to receive a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. To exercise a right, contact privacy@loopi-social.com.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect account, content and connection data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also limit access and review our controls as Loopi develops.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our product, suppliers or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
